3. Legal bases for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract

When you contact us about a potential project, we process the information necessary to review your inquiry, communicate with you and discuss possible services.

Performance of a contract

If you become a client, certain information may be processed as necessary to provide the agreed services and manage the business relationship.

Legitimate interests

We may process limited personal data where necessary for our legitimate interests, including:

  • operating and securing the Website;
  • responding to business communications;

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the Website’s cookie settings.

Legal obligations

We may process information where necessary to comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax or regulatory requirements.

4. Contact form and file uploads

Information submitted through the contact form is sent directly to RADIAN by email.

Form submissions are not intentionally stored in a separate Website database.

Files uploaded through the form are delivered as part of the inquiry and are used only for the purpose of reviewing and responding to the request unless a further business relationship develops.

Access to inquiries and uploaded materials is limited to Anastasiia Fadeeva.

If an inquiry leads to a client relationship, relevant correspondence and files may subsequently be retained as part of the project records and handled in accordance with applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements.

5. Website hosting and OpenAI

The Website is created and hosted using ChatGPT Sites, a service provided by OpenAI.
