About me
Website projects rarely get stuck because there are no ideas. More often, the challenge is turning those ideas into a clear plan, coordinating the right people and actually getting the website live.
That's where I come in.
Hi, I'm Anastasiia. I'm a project manager with PMI-recognized training and a UX designer with 19 years of experience in IT. I work with marketing and fractional marketing teams that need someone to lead a website project, improve the user experience or deliver a complete website from start to finish.
I work across the full website lifecycle: from strategy and UX to design, development, launch and post-launch improvement. I stay directly involved in the process, working on UX and key decisions while coordinating the specialists who bring the website to life. In 2025, my team and I launched 15 websites, including e-commerce projects, and I've worked with clients across 18 countries on multiple continents.
